Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 3 Days from the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Certain items, such as digital goods, personalized products, or opened accessories, may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  2. Approval & Instructions: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Refund Policy

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 3 Days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees and any applicable handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • If the returned item does not meet our return policy conditions, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

4. Exchanges
